Returns

  • We accept returns on all products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We offer full refunds for returned products, excluding the original shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ramboleather.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size, color, or product preference within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ramboleather.com to receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on exchanges unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange product to you at no additional cost.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items.
  • We may request a photo of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
  • Defective or damaged items will be covered for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

  2. Once you receive your Return or Exchange Authorization Number (RA# or EA#), carefully package the items in their original condition and include a copy of the order receipt.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  4. For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will process and ship the new item to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged from our end.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you after receiving the returned product.
  • If you’re returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
