Custom Wool Felt Tricorn Hat
This handcrafted wool felt tricorn hat reflects the iconic style of the 17th and 18th centuries, once worn by military officers, sailors, and fashionable individuals. Made with high-quality wool felt, it features hand-sewn wool binding that is available in, black, or brown.
The hat is round-blocked to size and includes an adjustable linen lining for a comfortable fit. It has a standard black linen cockade, but custom cockade colors are available upon request. Choose between pewter or brass cockade buttons, and for an additional $10, you can opt for “Alliance” cockades in white-over-black or black-over-white.
Specify your head size (measured just above the ears, not too tight), binding color, and button type. The hat body is also available in non-military gray or brown. Each hat is custom-made to order and takes 15-30 days to craft after payment.
